Wife to a wonderful and humerous computer geek, I stay at home with our five children (11, 9.5, 6.5, 4.5 & 20m)and homeschool in the classical & slightly CM style. I love the Lord Jesus and am glad to be used by Him to train up my little blessings in His truth. God has given me organizational skills and a great enjoyment of music and the outdoors. I love to scrapbook any time I possibly can (24/7 if I could)!
This blog is a place for me to post thoughts and plans about our journey in educating our children. I hope also that it will serve to remind myself and others of the blessings of raising & educating our children. For this reason, we have named our homeschool after Psalm 127:3. Our prayer is that our home may be a place of living for Christ, learning to follow Him and growing a legacy of His truth that spans many generations! May I never forget in the tough days, that I am a steward to the most beautiful gift that God could give us - children!
Him? Loud? Say it ain't so? He's too precious to be loud!!
We have pretty much taken the whole month off due to some remodeling going on in the house. I hope to have our tree up by the weekend and be back at school right after Christmas!! How is everything going for you? Are you ready for next week?
Oh boy! I have one of those, too. I sure feel for you. Beckett is 2 1/2 and still in that stage. He has to fight to get attention with 2 older brother ahead of him so when he needs me he just shouts in his loudest voice, "M...O...M...M...Y!!!!" I love the little man, but it drives me crazy!
If you figure out how to get them to be a little softer in their demands, would you let me know?! Lol! :)
