Wife to a wonderful and humerous computer geek, I stay at home with our five children (11, 9.5, 6.5, 4.5 & 20m)and homeschool in the classical & slightly CM style. I love the Lord Jesus and am glad to be used by Him to train up my little blessings in His truth. God has given me organizational skills and a great enjoyment of music and the outdoors. I love to scrapbook any time I possibly can (24/7 if I could)!
This blog is a place for me to post thoughts and plans about our journey in educating our children. I hope also that it will serve to remind myself and others of the blessings of raising & educating our children. For this reason, we have named our homeschool after Psalm 127:3. Our prayer is that our home may be a place of living for Christ, learning to follow Him and growing a legacy of His truth that spans many generations! May I never forget in the tough days, that I am a steward to the most beautiful gift that God could give us - children!
"One of the measures of a manager is the ability to distinguish the important from the urgent, to refuse to be tyrannized by the urgent, to refuse to manage by crisis." R. Alec Mackenzie

Ah, pets. They love us despite the love abuse they endure.

I like seeing pictures of kids posing with the family pets. Your son is too cute.
Aw! Adorable.
I can't believe that my Daisy will look like that in only a few months.
Looks like a sweet, patient puppy!
Oh, I love Goldens! We have two and they are such good, tolerant dogs. I don't know that we'll ever have a different breed. They are just wonderful.
Cute pictures, too. :)
